Return Policies
Our effort is always centered on producing a unique product that you're satisfied with owning. To this end we describe our products extensively on this web site so that you have the best possible understanding of our products and their quality.
All of our products are manufactured through industry-standard mass replication and duplication production, some are mass replicated through pressings, others through duplication. Any technical issues that you may have with our discs we will work to resolve, and we will replace any defective media for up to 90 days after their receipt. However, once the outer wrapping of the product is opened, we will not accept returns for non-technical reasons.
Due to the delicate nature of optical discs (DVDs and Bluray discs) we reserve the right to refuse return of products that have been mishandled and/or badly scratched.

Please be very clear about the nature of the return, and please contact us in advance to discuss the reason for the return.
