Shipping Policies

We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible. In the event that your order contains an out-of-stock item, the order may be delayed until that item returns to stock. We endeavor to keep in-stock information up to date on the site.

All of our orders are shipped from Webgistix in Olean, NY. If you sign into your account and see that your order is "processed for shipping" this means that we have handed the order off for shipping to Webgistix, and they will ship everything that is available on that order. You'll receive a separate "shipped" email from Webgistix, and this should come within 24-48 hours of your order being processed for shipping. We strive to process orders each day, with weekend orders being processed on Monday. In some cases we may take several days before the order is processed, but most orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note that Webgistix in Olean, NY is simply our agent for shipping, and does not have any involvement in the production and order processing for Spacecraft Films. Communication meant for Spacecraft Films should not be sent to Webgistix or the Olean, NY address. See our contact information for more details.

Within the United States a Priority Mail order will arrive within just a few days. Since our shipping comes from Upstate NY, please allow additional time for west coast deliveries.

Please be aware that international orders can take longer to arrive, depending upon the method of shipment chosen. This includes Canada. Unfortunately Canada is one of our most problematic countries for lost shipments and delays. In all cases we encourage you to choose Priority Mail International for orders outside the U.S., it is a far superior service to First Class International. We do not mark up postage, but we do include a handling charge for the processing.

For International orders, postage is fully calculated and paid on your order, but we do not have the capability to calculate customs charges. In short, any customs charges that my be added by the destination country remain your responsibility. Unless the request is for legitimate reasons, we cannot mark items untruthfully to reduce potential customs charges.

Typically, international postal orders (Priority or First Class) do not have tracking numbers. Therefore they cannot be tracked. Sometimes a number will be generated, but it will not track the package on the USPS online system properly.

While we will ship anywhere in the world, we currently will not stand behind any orders sent to South Africa. We're sorry to have to institute this restriction, but despite many attempts we have never been able to successfully complete an order to South Africa on just one attempt. We'll ship to South Africa, but you'll accept the responsibilty for the shipment at your own risk. We will note any change in this policy here, as well as add any other problematic countries that arise.
